Du kan gjøre en oppfølgingsmelding mer meningsfylt for en kunde om du kan gi kunden en bragd kunden kan feire. Gi kunden noe som kunden kan feire for seg selv, for eksempel slik LinkedIn gjør ved at de sender deg en melding når din profil er blant de mest sette. Selv fikk jeg for noen år siden vite at jeg var den største norske kunden til en eBay-selger fra Hviterussland, noe jeg selvsagt nevnte for mange. Dette kan virke lite, men jo mer ammunisjon du har til å følge opp kunden, jo bedre er det. Og alle liker å snakke om seg selv – så hvorfor ikke gi dem noe å snakke om.
